Taking a weekend hobby in your garage to a 10,000+ barrel a year brewery is not an easy job. Come hear how we, TUPPS Brewery, got our start in the Texas Craft Brewing Industry. Hear about our current status and where we expect to take TUPPS in the future, including an inside look at the new location plans. You will also get to taste some of our favorite beers alongside the food you can expect to eat in our new location restaurant!
During your time at the brewery, you will rotate through 3 stations and gather information about where we started, where we are headed, and a little about the Craft Beer Industry. At each station, you’ll enjoy a TUPPS beer paired with a new menu made by our new Chef, Sean.
In our outdoor Beer Garden, you’ll hear the story of how TUPPS began from Founder and Owner, Keith Lewis, and check out renderings of our new location. He’ll explain our vision to build a full Craft Community, including a full service kitchen and coffee shop.
Inside the production area, you’ll learn about our production process and how it will change and expand once we move, from Head Brewer, Chris Lewis. We’ll have new and upgraded equipment and Chris will walk you through how that will be a game changer for us.
Inside the Taproom, you’ll watch a quick 25 minute video “For The Love of Craft”, produced by the Brewers Association. This video explains the story of how Sam Adams, Bells, New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, and Union Beer got started, the struggles they faced and how they got to where they are now.
Throughout the event, we will go into detail about the plans we have in store for our new location opening in December 2022, followed by a Q&A with the Lewis Family and Chef Sean.
Each entry is $40 per ticket which includes:
- Smoked Brisket Rolled Taco
- Paired with a 16 oz. Salted Lime Mexican Lager
- Elote Queso with Shrimp and Chips
- Paired with 16 oz. Juice Pack, Double Dry-Hopped Pale Ale
- White Bean Hummus Flatbread with Chicken Basil Pesto Sausage
- Paired with 16 oz. TUPPS IPA
- An option to add a 4th course of TUPPS Stout Chocolate Cake with Full Grown Man Cherry Sauce with 6 oz. pour of Full Grown Man ($45 ticket)
The event will be held in our open air taproom and our outdoor Beer Garden area. Please dress accordingly.
Doors open at 5:00, and we ask that you arrive by 5:45 to get checked in, grab your first course and make your way to your first station by 6:00.
Ticket required for attendance. Event is 21 and up only.
